Returns Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted where products are damaged or defective, in accordance with applicable laws.

A free return label will be provided on completion of review and assessment outlined below.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Change in customer circumstances

Return Notification

  • Customers should inspect the product upon receipt and notify us of return requests immediately upon becoming aware that a product is damaged or defective.
  • Notification must include supporting evidence (e.g. photographs clearly showing the damage or defect).
  • Products that have been opened or used must not be returned by post.

While your return request is being assessed, products should be stored safely and must only be disposed of, or returned, if and as directed by us.

Assessment

  • All return requests are subject to review and assessment by us. Where we assess that the product is eligible for return, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. To the extent permitted by law, no other remedies are available.
