Order Processing & Shipping

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date the order is received.

Please note:

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in New South Wales (NSW).
• Any orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on NSW public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed prior to weekends, or public holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.

Christmas and New Year Schedule:

Specific arrangements for the Christmas and New Year period will be communicated via a formal notice issued in November.

Shipping

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
• While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
